Cancellation Policy

 

• Cancellations up to seven days (one week) prior to the start of a lesson/program are subject to a $40 administration fee.

• Refunds are not issued for cancellations by the rider/parent after the start of a lesson/program/session.

• Programs require a minimum of three registrants to run.

• If ELEV8 MTB cancels a program due to limited enrollment or weather conditions (see below), every effort will be made to reschedule. If this is not possible, refunds for missed lesson/program time will be issued. Participants will only be notified if the lesson is cancelled. We reserve the right to reschedule make up classes at different days/times.

• If make up days and times are offered but riders cannot make it no refunds will be issued.

• There are no refunds for missed days due to personal scheduling, sick days or other non emergency reasons.

 

Weather Policy

 

• ELEV8 MTB strives not to cancel lessons/programs due to weather. Should weather conditions be unsafe or long-lasting (for example, thunder and lightning, or air quality), then ELEV8 MTB reserves the right to cancel lessons/programs. We will ride with light rain and or high winds.

• Every effort will be made to reschedule the lesson/program; if this is not possible, a refund for a missed lesson/program time will be issued. Participants will only be notified if a lesson is cancelled, otherwise sessions will start as per schedule.

• Air quality issues have become an increasing concern for all of us. Unfortunately, we cannot know for certain when and how changing air quality will impact our camp/session operations. We will operate camps/sessions as scheduled to help avoid rearranging personal obligations. We review air quality conditions on a regular basis and adjust camp activities as needed, we may run with an Air index as high as 10 as we are assuming none of our riders are “at risk”. Those riders “at risk” with Asthma and/or other breathing issues, should use personal discretion to determine if it is safe for them. Again we will make every attempt to provide make up classes if any classes are cancelled.
